Are Truelane recipes vet-formulated?+
Yes. Every food recipe is designed with a small team of veterinary nutritionists and meets AAFCO nutrient profiles for the life stage listed on the bag.
Where is the food made?+
All Truelane food is produced in FDA-inspected facilities in the United States, then shipped from our own warehouses in Southern California.
How do I transition my pet to a new food?+
Mix 25% new food with 75% old for two days, then 50/50 for two days, then 75/25 for two days, then 100% new. If your pet has a sensitive stomach, go slower.
Can I skip or cancel my Truelane Monthly box?+
Anytime. Log in, hit skip or cancel — no phone calls, no hoops.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We currently ship within the continental United States.
What's your return policy?+
If your pet doesn't love it, we'll refund the order — no need to return the bag or product. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Are your bags recyclable?+
Our dry-food bags are kraft paper with a compostable liner. Wet food jars are glass and infinitely recyclable.
Do you test on animals?+
Only on Cooper, and only by asking him if he'd like a snack. We don't do laboratory animal testing of any kind.
